I applied through other source. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Cornerstone OnDemand (London, England) in Jun 2015
Interview
Nice and friendly atmosphere, very welcoming, smart and nice people, open and honest, appreciative and having a common goal to have a good time together doing business with all our hearts and love what we do. Overall all Interviews were nice and great. Only the process itself went a bit long.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Usually questions about what is the business experience in the past and, what I appreciated most, WHO are we talking to right now. All employees introduced themselfes with a short story and mainly wanted to know what is my spirit of living and thinking to see wether it fits to the cornerstone culture and spirit or not.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cornerstone OnDemand
Interview
There was a phone screen and then 3 or 4 stages with hiring managers and then a final demonstration of a product to a mock company(aka the leadership team). This was a large investment of time.

Question 1
Included various rounds of personal, working style and behavioral questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cornerstone OnDemand
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter. Video interview with hiring manager. Video interview with Vice President of SC. Mock sales demo with multiple hiring managers plus VP of SC.
I eventually was ghosted by all of my contacts after they refused to respond to any texts/emails /LinkedIn messages. I tried several times to re-engage with them over the course of several weeks, and not a single person responded. Eventually the original recruiter who reached out provided closure which was very great of him. It was very unprofessional for the rest of the hiring managers/VP of SC to not respond whatsoever after my mock demonstration interview step.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview questions were different, and it was a good thing. It was a mix of serious interview questions, along with silly questions in order to get to know the candidate. A silly example would be - if you could have one superpower, what would that be and why?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cornerstone OnDemand (London, England) in Jul 2016
Interview
Welcoming and very engaging. It was very useful to know more about the future role and to get to know my colleagues and peers. Very well structured, I had fun which is the culture at CSOD, work hard / play hard. I enjoyed the experience and would recommend such process to other companies as well.
