I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Corporate Tools (Post Falls, ID) in Apr 2018
Interview
Phone interview with some typical interview questions, like why this job, and questions gauged around how I would fit with the culture. In person interview was similar, they really try and press the importance of culture fit over experience which is different.
The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Corporate Tools (New York, NY)
Interview
I liked the process overall. After applying, they'll set up a phone interview with the recruiter. If the first interview goes well, you'll get asked to meet for an in person interview with the manager and the recruiter. The interview was very laid back and they did a great job at making me feel comfortable. Most of the questions were expected but some will make you think. My recommendation is dont over think it and be yourself.
