AVOID.
I applied online and was contacted by recruiter who asked basic screening questions. Next, I had a 30 minute phone interview with a technical manager who asked about my engineering experiences and how I have used FEA. She then told me the next step would be an in-person interview at their headquarters and to prepare a presentation of my engineering work. I was applying as an entry-level engineer. Everything was fine until the in-person interview.
I arrived, was given a short tour and then placed in a conference room to wait for interviewers. I had to wait 20 minutes and then one interviewer showed up. He said usually there was supposed to be a group of people at my presentation, but everyone else was busy (red flags as I'm clearly not a priority). Next, he was unable to get the computer working so I could not show my presentation slides. After a long time of him complaining and not being to get the computer to work, I offered to just verbally explain my engineering work/experience. He said this would not be the first time this had to happen so clearly this has happened before (and is extremely unprofessional as I spent a lot of time putting together that presentation). We then had a long conversation about my experiences, when a second interviewer showed up. So I had to start all over and explain everything to him again (annoying). The second interviewer was able to get the computer working and I showed my visuals from the presentation. While the first interviewer was nice enough, the second interviewer was condescending, cold, and made me feel uncomfortable .
After this, I was arranged to have a conversation with two other engineers at the company. This conversation was very pleasant and I wish they were my interviewers, but I'm guessing their feedback was not involved in the decision. Finally, I ended with a meeting with the original interviewer who gave me a folder with details on benefits, entertainment in the area, etc. This was very misleading as I did not end up getting an offer.
On top of all of this, the person who set up my interview said I should buy my return bus tickets for after 5 PM so I would have enough time to finish the interview. The interview finished much earlier, so I had to wait at the bus station for many hours, which was annoying.
