I had applied online through Linkedin. The interview consists of three tasks. They are a personality questionnaire, an introductory call with the CEO, and then a test of spatial, critical, verbal reasoning, and communication skills. After I performed well in these rounds, the CEO of the company offered me the job but I negotiated for higher pay. The CEO rescinded the offer and proceeded with another candidate. This act by the CEO is unethical, and I am glad I was not chosen for this opportunity. Advice to the management: Reform your hiring practices! Complete the conversation with a candidate before proceeding to another one.
