I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Toledo, OH) in Jun 2012
Interview
The hiring process was very relaxed, yet they did a great job of asking good questions that elicited your potential for growth and experience in difficult situations. They provided a good background of the company, the job duties, and the culture of Costco as a member-based company. I would most definitely recommend this position or company to anyone in need of a job or career.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a situation where you had to demonstrate leadership.
I didn’t have much of an interview. I forced myself into a job here. They said they weren’t hiring and I gave them my resume. I received a phone call the next day and offered me the job. This was during peak Covid scare.
First a phone screening, just to get to know your availability and about the job. Then you schedule an in person interview. You first interview with two managers of different departments, and then you interview with the head manager. If you pass, you take the drug test and background check,
its hard to get an interview, You can either go up there or apply online and it seems like they rarely get back with you. your application is in limbo.
