Two managers sit down with you in the office and they read about 5 or 6 questions from a list corporate has made for the interview process. Afterwards, if they decide that they like you, they will ask you to take a drug test via a saliva test tube, and if you pass the drug test they will offer you a position.

Describe an instance where you had a conflict with a co-worker. What happened and how did you handle it?
I had 2 rounds of interviews with 3 managers. Only took about 1 hour per each one. Asked basic questions on why I would want the job. And how to handle the job.
It was very straight forward. I ended up getting the job. The interviewer was really nice, and it was a smooth hiring process. I have been working here a long time now, and I love it.
