I arrive at the warehouse and asked a supervisor about a scheduled interview. After some waiting, the same supervisor walked with me to the office. I sat down with the department manager and warehouse assistant general manager. They asked questions and took notes on my responses.

Behavioral. Asking why youre fit for the job and why they should choose you. Walking about your experience. Not too difficult of a process at all. 30 minutes tops. They walk down a list of your accomplishments at your last job.
