Interview
Asked very simple questions. Such as how I prepared for the interview? They also asked how I effectively communicated in a fast paced situation? They asked very simple questions then they asked me to wait for the final part of the interview which was fairly quick and all they had me do was sign some papers and do an Alcohol/Drug Test which was also very stranded with having a tissue type thing in your mouth to test your saliva.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale in May 2026
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. If you're lucky, you'll do two rounds because two managers in the room are two interviews. Then the final interview is with the warehouse manager. Be on time; I cannot stress that enough, as Costco is a very time-sensitive type of position. You only have a three-minute grace period to clock in at your normal hours. Emphasize that you are very prompt and are ready to work through the probation period.
