After applying online and speaking to a supervisor during operating hours, I received a call to schedule an interview. When I arrived, there was a group of 5 other applicants. Interviews took place one by one, and were two on one with the floor manager and an administrative employee. Following that interview, a second interview was scheduled with the store manager, which was followed by a drug test. I scheduled all three on the same day.
