Interview
The process can be anywhere between 2-4 interviews all in person. One-two with hiring manager and supervisor, one with assistant manager and department manager, and one with the warehouse General manager. These Interviews will consist of 15-45 minutes dependent on the hiring manager.

Describe an instance in which you had to deal with an unproductive coworker and the process in which you used to resolve the issue.
Basic experience based questions. “Tell me about a time when…” They want actual personal examples of when you dealt with a difficult customer, coworker, etc. and how you dealt with it. Usually interview with at least two managers before being hired.

Interview
Quick and efficient. They ask very basic interview questions. Well run and processed quickly. Dress well and they will look at you in a higher regard than other applicants. Everyone was very knowledgeable about company functions.

Interview
Pretty easy interview. Basic questions that aren't too hard to answer. If you do good, you will be invited back or have a 3rd interview on the spot. They'll usually go over some of the basic benefits and leave room for any questions you might have.
