It online interview with one person in the Interview panel, Questions related to the experience as manager and current project, current roles and responsibilities. Overall they are expecting more suitable person who has strong experience with handling multiple projects.
Was professional and fast. The people I met were courteous and asked me questions about my work experience as well as how I behave in different scenarios. Overall I had a good experience although I was not able to take the job due to an unexpected move.
Relatively simple and straightforward. Interested in references and past project. Be sure to draw on stories from previous experience of projects with problems that you were able to solve. Be sure to utilize the Costco Employee Values to weave into your stories and character.
