The interview process included a thorough manager round focused on my past project experiences, team collaboration, and leadership qualities. The technical and coding round was quite challenging, involving medium-to-hard level coding problems that tested my problem-solving and algorithmic skills deeply. Additionally, there were in-depth implementation and architectural discussions where I was asked to explain design decisions, scalability considerations, and security aspects of solutions I had previously built. Overall, the interviews were comprehensive and gave me a great opportunity to showcase both my technical expertise and my ability to think strategically at a system architecture level.

Interview
Had two interviews over the course of two months. Team was not very communicative and never really knew where we were with the process.
Worst part was that I was interviewing for a remote position and after going through the whole process and final interview I was told they’ve decided that needs to be an on-site role and asked if I would relocate.
Seriously… after all that time and effort it was essentially a bait and switch. Really not impressed with how everything was handled.
