Had on online interview where they asked 6 questions and your answer was recorded. I didn't enjoy it because it was all online and didn't have any interactions with people
Written application (CV and cover letter), video interview, modelling exercise, writing exercise, proofreading exercise, interviews (approximate duration of 6 to 8 weeks). The HR team is very response and answers questions throughout the process - very easy to interact with and positive experience overall during the interview process

Interview
They had a fairly transparent and communicative interview process, aside from the exact assessment grading criteria. Their HR is kind and willing to give feedback on your work when asked.
