Interview
After application, they asked for a summary of a clinical trial (500 w due in two weeks). Then organised an interview in another two weeks. The interview focused on interpersonal skills and experience. This was immediately followed by a 40-minute proofreading exercise. A draft document had been prepared - spelling/punctuation/grammar/formatting/style had to be corrected.

First submitted CV and cover letter. Completed pre interview assessment analysing a scientific paper and was then invited to interview. One interview with consultant and HR team member and at interview proof reading assessment

First a cover letter, then they sent over a written assessment which involved critically reviewing a paper. This lead to an invitation to interview which was half an hour with two consultants followed by a 45 minute proof reading exercise.
