I applied online and get a phone screening interview with one of the team members (she's very nice, I was very nervous at the beginning), this was the best experience I have ever had in an interview. Then I was sent an assessment, it is very reasonable as it included some tasks you might need to do in the position. However, I was so nervous during the assessment, also I would not have done this bad in real life, I believe they made their decision to reject me based on fact and professional opinion. Although I'm very sad not to get the position, the whole experience was very pleasant. I sincerely hope the best for this company.
