While the company responded quite fast to my application (within 2 days), I didn't get any feedback on why I was rejected, and I was explicitly not allowed to ask for it. Moreover their policy states that I cannot apply again for 6 months. Their response left me with no idea of what they were looking for, and I couldn't learn anything about how to improve my skills/experience to potentially work for them in the future. I feel that as a recruiter, they failed to acknowledge how valuable this is to entry level candidates. This whole experience is unfortunate because I was quite enthusiastic about the company to begin with.

Other Medical Analyst Interview Reviews for Costello Medical
Total interview process included a written assessment, a proofreading exercise and an oral presentation spanning across 2-3 weeks. The assessments were manageable, however the oral presentation was held followed by technical Q&A, which was then followed by interview by 2 different groups of people which took close to 3h in total, making it really tiring and difficult to perform well due to fatigue.
