Applied for the job, and a few days later received an invitation for a telephone interview. The telephone interview went for about 15 minutes, and very general. After this, I was asked to do a skills assessment whereby three activities consisting of diary management, proof-reading and drafting an email. Third step was a panel interview.

Telephone interview with the recruiter followed by a teams interview. Process was well organised and communication from the recruitment team was excellent. The company sounded like a good place to work.

They contacted me the next day I submitted an application online, to move on to the next round of the recruitment process, which comprises 3 assessment exercises on a portal. They do provide instructions beforehand to tell you Adobe acrobat is needed for downloading the assessment files in PDF, but when the actual test started all files were password locked in Microsoft word format, and if you don't have a Microsoft Office subscription you won't be able to complete the test on time. Took 2 weeks for notification of application outcome.
