Had to complete a proofreading assessment as well as answer a question about a clinical study, giving my thoughts in 500 words or less. The proofreading assesment was timed and you made corrections in Adobe Acrobat.

General competency questions & proofreading exercise of a deliverable. Interview process was accommodating and the 2 interviewers were very friendly. I would recommend going in-person rather than online. There was time to ask questions at the end about the company/role/process etc.

Interview
Interview and application process is well defined by the company. First stage is submission of a C.V. and cover letter followed by the completion of a written assessment which involved reading and summarising a clinical trial paper. This was then followed by an in person interview with a ~45 min proof reading task completed immediately afterwards.

Interview was mainly typical situational based questions together with some motivational and work culture related questions. E.g. Tell me of your proudest achievement and why?
