I had first-turn HR interview, it was a 20 minutes phone interview with around 4 questions, and a second assessment and proof reading tests. The assessment was a dataset and with a few questions to answer based on your analysis and the synthesis a report for your analysis.

The interview process was well organised overall. It began with an initial screening interview that was self-recorded and timed, which wasn't a particularly positive experience. If successful, candidates then had to complete two exercises: a proofreading task and a statistical exercise. The final stage was a 90-minute interview with two different panels, after which successful candidates received an offer.
