Interview process was incredibly long. The first stage required a timed proof-reading task along with a separate written task answering questions about a clinical study. The second stage was 3 consecutive interviews over 90 mins with people of increasing seniority within the company, where the first interview involved delivering a 10 minute presentation followed by questions. The 2nd interview is probably the most important as it took the longest, and ultimately my critical feedback from the company was based on my performance in this interview. The final interview was with the UK head of the Med Comms department. Ultimately, it's a lot of work to pour into an interview process for an entry-level job where they expect you to be as polished as an experienced hire.
