Costello Medical Analyst/Medical Writer Intern interview questions

The interview process lasted about a month. The writing assessment was interesting but quite tough to complete within the time limit. The interview was very enjoyable, with both interviewers being very polite, engaging and enthusiastic. Pretty standard and predictable interview questions. Positive experience overall.

Enjoyable online interview with one member of the recruitment team and one member of the scientific writing team. I was asked about my motivations for applying, some situational judgement questions (What would you do if...), and some behavioural questions (Tell me about a time when...) I had the opportunity to ask questions at the end.
