I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Costello Medical (London, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
Phone interview followed by an assessment which was highly relevant to the work (i.e. not a generic numeric/ verbal reasoning test). Final face-to-face interview took place with two senior consultants at the London office (depends on where you have applied). Interviewers were nice and asked specific questions relevant to experience and the role.

Interview
I completed the online application with my CV and cover letter, and heard back quickly inviting me to complete a written assessment. I had to evaluate a clinical trial paper in 500 words- its strengths and weaknesses etc. They then invited me to their London office where I had a half hour interview with two consultants, followed by a 45 minute proof reading test. Both were as expected with typical questions regarding skills etc. Everyone I met there was really nice and warm, and they were very flexible and forgiving considering some serious delays to my journey.

Interview
The interview process involved a proofreading exercise, short presentation and an interview. The proofreading and presentation components were a pretty accurate reflection of the work that interns are involved with from day one.
