Was split up into three parts: 1. Generic online assessment that asked ~50 very simple questions (things like find the pattern, what's the opposite word, etc) 2. HR screening 3. Teams interview with HR lady present + hiring manager The hiring manager hadn't read my resume before entering the meeting, was several minutes late, spent 85% of the time talking, and at one point went on a tangent about how hard it was for him to fire to people he didn't like. At one point he mentioned he told someone directly he wanted to fire them directly and that person then resigned shortly after
