Coty Customer Collaboration interview questions

Had a first and second interview last year after being made redundant due to the pandemic, had relevant education and previous experience on an adjacent category with several high profile retailers. Was put through to final round with senior manager, which got delayed due to his availability. Heard nothing for two weeks only to suddenly be told I was not being progressed as I did not have P&C experience, even though this was known from the start of the application process. I have since seen this role re-advertised several times.
