I was contacted via email after I applied through Linkedin. The HR responded to my emails promptly. They were very considerate and set up a convenient time for the interview. They knew that I was at work and was visiting their office after half a day of work. The interview felt more like a one on one chat which I really appreciate. Then I met with the head of the department who interviewed me. The interview with him was also more of a chat about my resume, what I am looking for and why I want to work for Coty. The head of the department has really impressive qualifications and has worked his way up in Coty. I followed up at the two week mark and they said they were still interviewing and that they'll keep me posted. As of today, it's been a month and I still haven't heard from them. I was told during the interview that they wanted to get someone on board as soon as possible. Nevertheless, I had a very positive experience at the interview and this gave me a good vibe of the workplace and culture of the company.
