Applied online and referred by a current employee. Contacted by e-mail two weeks later for a phone interview with HR. After doing well on the introductory interview with HR, I heard back after four weeks. After they rescheduled the interview 2-3 times, I finally had a phone interview with one of the hiring managers. HR called me about a week after to debrief.
