The interview started in my university during career day after company presentation. The interview's lenght was about 20 minutes and I really appreciated the good interaction with the recruiter. We talked about my points of strength ans how I behave in a team
Stage 1 — HR Screening Interview
After being referred, the HR Manager reached out and conducted the first interview. This stage assessed both culture fit and technical/industry knowledge equally — consistent with HR's dual gatekeeping role of checking organisational compatibility alongside baseline competency.
Stage 2 — Hiring Manager Interview
A week later, the direct manager (PR & Communications Manager, Prestige Niche Division) conducted a second interview, focused primarily on role-specific skills and experience — assessing whether the candidate had the relevant industry and strategic HC for the position.
