I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Coty in Nov 2016
Interview
I applied online and heard back within a few days. Set up a phone screening with HR, then proceeded to schedule an in person interview with the hiring manager. Once I arrived at the building, my entrance to the office was delayed because of security - my name was never inputted into the system although the interview was confirmed. After 15 minutes of calling the office I was able to get in.
Once I met with the hiring manager, the interview went smoothly. Basic questions about my experience and more details about the position. After I sent my follow up email I was told that they wanted to hire me, HR was notified and to wait until they work out the process. Two weeks later I email again, called and left multiple voicemails. Still nothing. Very disappointed that I was told to look out for the next steps and hear nothing in return.
I think this company should at least get back to candidates when they inquire about their application to show that they value their time.
It was okay but one of the interviewers chewing gum the whole interview, which threw me off and they ask some typical questions you could find on internet. Overall the main manager was nice and straightforward, the other one not so much
It was pretty smooth and the interviewers sounded genuinely interested which helped a lot during the process, and they shared a lot of information about the role. One of the best interviews that I had.
It was pretty straightforward. There were two rounds involved; one was with HR and one with a hiring manager. The first round was mostly behavioral questions while the second was a bit more specific to the role I was applying to.
