Interview
Horrible experience to say the least. The HR and the hiring manager were very cold people. The HR did not even understand my work experience in spite of explaining her (I have 3 years' experience in a nation wide profile as a marketing manager) The hiring manager looked busy on her phone and was giving disinterested looks throughout the interview. The third person who was scheduled to come for the interview did not turn up. The hiring manager was one of the most rude people you want to see in an interview room.
The worst part is they never got back to me. I wrote multiple mails to the HR and Hiring manager, but they never even bothered to respond. Such experiences are very demoralizing for the candidates and if anyone from the company is reading, please try to remember circumstances at the start of your career
very smooth interview process, engaging conversation, hiring manager was willing to understand your career goals, interview lasted more than 30 mins and it was overall great experience. questions were not hard to answer.

Question 1
What is your greatest strength and weakness? What are some ways that you stay organized? What is your favorite Coty brand? What are some of your hobbies?
3 interview. Head hunter, HR, hiring manager. No case. Just typical behavioral and experience. It went fairly quickly I think end to end was about 2-3 weeks. They used a recruitment company so that took the longest amount of time because they had the middle man going back and forth. HR Presents the offer.
