Interview
First it was a phone screening with a recruiting agency. Then you had to fill out 6 pages of generic HR and motivation questionnaire. Then you also had to fill out a 20 minutes personality test online. Then the selected 9 candidates were invited to a half day assessment.
There was no time to prepare at all, as this happened all in a span of 2 days.
The assessment center was quite fun. With personal introductions, creativity, team dynamics.

20 minutes to come up with a startup idea and present it.
Create a business model for the startup idea in teams.
Role play games to assess negotiation skills and reasoning. (sell yourself in the role)
Generic interview in the end checking out work experience for the role. No surprise questions there.
There was no feedback from recruiting agency afterwards, even after follow up.
Ask about a hard task and how you managed it. Answer with context, actions, and result. The key is to show the value that you added in real life example
Un entretien RH par téléphone majoritairement en anglais et une minorité en français. La suite du process d'embauche aurait été un entretien avec le manager en charge puis la directrice.

I was contacted by HR, she asked basic questions about availability etc. The next round was with the Brand manager.
They responded only after one month giving a rejection.
