Horrible and disappointing experience - thankful I didn't end up here. Entire process was disorganized/poor communication. I can only imagine that my candidate experience was an indicator of how the company is run. After about 3 months of phone screens, video interviews, in-person meetings with VPs and a final round, they told me 'not to go far'. I emailed after a few weeks of silence, and the recruiter just never got back to me. No follow up, no email, no call. THEN after months of not hearing anything..the recruiter had the audacity to text me about another role, acting as if nothing ever happened.
