The interviewer called me. She asked some basic questions regarding the position. But she told me the team needs a person with more experience. She will pass my resume to other teams.
The actual interviewing process was quick. There were 3 interviews, the last being a panel. After the final interview, and following up weekly, it took over a month to get a response back on their decision.
Was interviewed by HR and told that I was reaching for the position before interview started. I didn't quite understand why I got a call back. HR agreed to pass the resume after mildly insulting
