Really easy, just was rung my the recruiter, who organised me an interview within 2 days. Met the manager in a room (there was no HR) who was really nice but ultimately decided that we weren't right for each other.

Interview
The hiring process involved one phone interview with Human Resources followed by a half hour in-person interview with the Digital Marketing Manager and a team member. The interview was organized, friendly and efficient.
