COTY E-Commerce Analyst - I was contacted by a headhunter on LinkedIn. Phone call and in person meeting with the headhunter, then the headhunter told me there were two different roles they thought I should interview for at Coty (both in the luxury e-commerce division) and I should meet the hiring managers for both roles on the same day. The headhunter scheduled an in-person interview for me at Coty with the hiring managers about one week later. I was pleased at how quickly after my first conversation with the headhunter I got an in person interview with the hiring manager. When I got there though, I only ended up meeting with the hiring managers for one of the roles, because the other one had to take a call. It was the holidays after my interview so it took about two weeks after my in person interview for the headhunter to call to give me feedback. The hiring manager liked me but felt she didn’t really understand “what I did” from our interview. But then the headhunter said that the other hiring manager might still want to meet with me, and they would call me back to follow up with me. I never ended up hearing back though (I also didn’t try to keep following up with the headhunter because I was more interested in other opportunities.)
