I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Coty (New York, NY)
Interview
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Recruiter reached out to discuss the position. It was a fairly seamless process to begin with. Recruiter scheduled interviews with the Hiring Manager and VP with short notice, which required me to take time off from my current employer. The interview process took 2 weeks and afterwards was asked to provide references. 6+ weeks after my last interview I was notified that the position was not approved by senior management. It left an awful taste in my mouth, because I had told my references to expect a phone call (embarrassing). The lack of communication was no better. They were quick to bring you in, but awfully slow when it came time to actually execute. I understand why they lose out on talent. Don't hold your breath with COTY!
I applied online. I interviewed at Coty in Sep 2020
Interview
pretty straightforward : HR and then Manager interview.
the team were very nice.
The only limit would be the time they take to recall you after you applied to the position.
