I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Coty (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
Round 1 - Skills Test
Round 2 - Phone Interview
Round 3 - On-site Interviews, one with Immediate Supervisor and one with a Vice President
The skills test was intermediate level, the phone interview was of a behavioural nature. The on-site interview consisted of a section where you defend your skills test, and another section where you technical acumen is tested to figure out whether you understand the division and the work you are getting into. The interview with the VP was behavioural interspersed with some brain teasers.
It was okay but one of the interviewers chewing gum the whole interview, which threw me off and they ask some typical questions you could find on internet. Overall the main manager was nice and straightforward, the other one not so much
It was pretty smooth and the interviewers sounded genuinely interested which helped a lot during the process, and they shared a lot of information about the role. One of the best interviews that I had.
It was pretty straightforward. There were two rounds involved; one was with HR and one with a hiring manager. The first round was mostly behavioral questions while the second was a bit more specific to the role I was applying to.
