Hiring manager reached out via email within days of my resume submission to set up a time for a phone interview. I provided dates and times 2 and 3 days out but, much to my surprise, I was told I needed to interview within hours because the next availablity would be over 2 weeks later (it would have been nice to have been told that up front in the initial email). Since I was put on the spot I felt I had no choice but to interview same day with zero preparation time. The interview was very structured and you needed to rate your skills on a scale from 1 to 10. The job turned out to be much more technical than came across on the job posting. I was not qualified and did not get an offer.
