Applied on line and received a call from HR after 2 weeks for an ASAP phone interview with a finance personal. Agreed for a same day phone interview. The call was on time but the interviewer lacked energy

Interviewer was not in the least interested in the interview. Sounded like a name sake forced interview done for the sake of interviewing a candidate. No specific questions asked in spite of my very well matched work experience/resume

the interviewing process was super fast since they needed someone asap. i just had one intervew with the hiring manager and one of the other team members and another one with HR. They called me 3 days after to tell me I got the job.
Questions where focused on my previous experience they wanted to see that I could be ndependent at work and proactive.
