I had 3 interviews. The first one was a short phone conversation with HR. The second interview it was an on site interview with HR only. This was very surprising. I have never had an on site interview with HR alone. The third interview was with the hiring manager on site as well. Interviewer told me that if selected there were 2 more rounds with a director of HR, and another director. I was very surprised at amount of interviews for an entry level role. I was never called again after my third interview. HR did not even have the basic respect to let me know they would not be going ahead with my application for the next round. This was parrticularly disrespectful as they made me go twice to their offices to interview!!! No respect for candidates' time.
