Very quick response, I had to wait 1 day. The recruiter was super nice and communicative. Also the communication via e-mail is extra quick, without undue delay. I had a very nice experience.

Hiring manager was 30 minutes late to interview and didn't apologise or mention anything about being late. Told me more than once that they didn't know much about the job role and why they had been assigned as the Line Manager for the position as the role would have "nothing to do with them" so it was "silly as we would not even be working together". Role duties and the team described in interview were different to how they came off on paper and it made the job sound far less attractive! Hiring manager had not read my CV at all and had not prepared for interview so was very confused and stumbled around a lot, couldn't really answer any of my questions that I had on the role or the team because as mentioned above, would not be working with me if I was successful. Very strange and terrible interview, I was more prepared than the interviewer and was given a bad impression of the company. I asked for interview feedback and waited to hear back but after 4-6 weeks it was radio silence, by this time I had already successfully interviewed at another company.
