I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Coty (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2015
Interview
I got an email asking when im free to talk to HR, she basically wanted to call me the next day but i didnt see her email until 2 days later. by then she was on vacation so we spoke a week later. she offered me the next interview on the phone after a 10 min conversation. On the phone i spoke about my shelf for a bit and about the company. then the one on one interview was 2 days later. it was really casual, very short (25 mins). The interviewer was extremely friendly. i think i didnt get the job because of the way i was dressed. Which is fair, you have to fit with the brand. i was wearing your classic black suit white shirt. i went in uncomfortable and didnt feel like myself at all. i guess let your personality come out in what you wear, especially in marketing!

3 interview. Head hunter, HR, hiring manager. No case. Just typical behavioral and experience. It went fairly quickly I think end to end was about 2-3 weeks. They used a recruitment company so that took the longest amount of time because they had the middle man going back and forth. HR Presents the offer.
