I was scheduled for a pre-screening call for a Supply Chain role, but the recruiter never called or followed up. Earlier this year, I had a very similar experience with another Coty recruiter for a different position — after our first screening call, I was told a second interview would be scheduled, but then I was completely ghosted. It’s disappointing to see the same unprofessional behaviour twice from two different recruiters. There was no apology, no automated out-of-office message, and no update despite my follow-ups. Coty presents itself as a global, people-focused company, but this recruiting experience shows a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. I hope Coty takes steps to improve communication and reliability in their recruitment process, especially given the scale and visibility of the Barcelona Hub.

Comienzan con una entrevista telefónica en inglés. Luego te agendan una primer entrevista con quien sería tu jefe. Sé que si la pasas luego sigue una entrevista con RH y luego con el director del área. Son entrevistas sencillas desde el punto de vista que no hay exámenes ni test, sino más bien conocerte.
