At the begging the recruiter seemed really attentive and reliable. I had the second interview with the hiring manager and she didn’t choose me (4 candidates were shortlisted at that stage, including me) but the recruiter asked me to apply for another role because she told me I was a great fit. Another recruiter was in charge of the second role they proposed me to apply and I filled another time the online form. He called me once without notice and I couldn’t answer because I was abroad but I had already warned them about my temporary situation. I sent him 3 emails, no answer at all. After a couple of weeks I just received an automatic email saying that there were other candidates more aligned, etc….in my opinion that behavior was really disrespectful! Ps. The first job role was reposted three times in two months after my first interview… that process seemed really wired to me.
