The first interview was a Teams call for personal fit questions and second was a case study also over Teams. Had a third interview online as I got allocated to another team throughout the process and then received a phone call from HR two weeks later.

had to fill out a very long application form, writing essays practically! took ages.went to interview, and area manager was 30 min late! very long interview with tough questions! i felt it went well. area manager said she would contact me next week. no contact. i emailed a week later. no reply.how incredibly rude and insulting...and demotivating.
