Business case on a specific brand for the position I was applying for
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Coty (London, England) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview had a first screening on the phone, then an interview with HR, followed by one with hiring managers and last and should have been followed by a case study. They asked a lot of question on the industry
Unprofessional, unprepared. The hiring manager didn't seem interested or prepared with any meaningful questions. Everything was very surface level and overall didn't make me excited to work there. I think there are lots of better places to work with more growth opportunity out there.
