Uma pergunta muito engraçada é se eu tinha experiência prévia com gestão, que eu respondi com "sim". Achei que seria algo "positivo", mas três gestores de área acharam isso estranho, dizendo que na Coty existe uma cultura de "mão na massa" e que eu iria fazer várias coisas operacionais (fato que eu disse não ser problema pra mim) Mas ainda assim, primeira vez que eu vejo alguém analisar experiência com gestão como uma espécie de demérito
