First is the HR interview. Standard questions. Very conversational. 2nd interview is with your boss. Boss was an hour late for interview. He forgot he had it. My interview was very atypical I am assuming because he was not prepared. They ask you to read off your resume pretty much and he will ask situational questions based off your response.
