Very smooth and friendly process. They were very easy to talk to, asked a lot of questions about past work experience. They were very interested in having a conversational tone to the interview and really make you feel comfortable. Also, the recruiters know the company inside out, so you should ask as many questions as possible.

Interview
Don't waste your time applying here if looking for an internship. They ask questions that really don't matter and focus on highlighting mistakes, what you don't know rather than what your experience is and what you can bring to the table. They asked what the most difficult part of the job would be, and obviously as a student looking for an internship, you don't have years of work experience and it's probably one of your first times working. It's a nonsensical question, nobody wants to talk about what they aren't good at - you're there to explain what you DO know and show that you're ready to learn. After the interview, they never followed up even to send a rejection message which I found extremely unprofessional. Based on other reviews here, ghosting is common practice for them. Super rude.
