Interview
1st phone interview with recruiter, followed by interview with hiring manager, a technical challenge and a meeting with other managers to present the technical challenge. The remaining step would have been a phone call with a member of the executive team but I did not reach this step.
Four rounds, recruiter, hiring manager, VP and then presentation. They were very communicative throughout the process so I was not questioning the next steps or wondering when I would hear back from them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Coveo Solutions
Interview
Got recommended from an employee. About a week later we set up a Video interview. Recruiter was late to the interview. Reruiter seemed like she did not looked at my resume before the interview. The conversation went well. Did not ask much about situational questions but more about what I know from the company and AI. Three days later I got a negative answer from the recruiter saying I was not considered any longer.
