Interview
The interview process was very good. The HR rep that contacted me was friendly and asked the right questions. Before being hired, you need to have three interviews. which is the standard

Interview
The process was a little odd as the first call I had was with a peer rather than a recruiter. It was a little uncomfortable discussing salary. He also mentioned that after Covid everyone would be expected to be back in the office. Overall he didn't seem to have had much experience interviewing candidates and asked a lot of Yes/ No questions. The next round would have been a mock QBR. At that stage I decided to pull out of the process as I didn't feel the role or the company were right for me.

Interview
When you are looking for a new job you try to give your best first impression in your interview. The minimum I'd expect from a company in the first interview is also trying to show it's a good place to work for.
Not exactly what happened with this guys. The HR guy was late for the interview and when I called him back he almost sounded like I woke him up from his nap. Needless to say he yawned the whole time on the phone.
This dude had absolutely no interest in what I had to say. He didn't ever read properly my cv (one page). After the first 10 minutes of the interview, I lost interest in this company. I keept talking only for courtesy.
He described the interview process 1. Phone Interview 2. Team Interview 3. Assessment (that will take generally 2 or three days of preparation) 3. interview with director. Honestly it seems like a very long and complicated process for a company that doesn't even make an effort to show that the company is worth it.
I haven't received any email after the phone interview (yesterday) either rejecting my candidature or offering to keep going in the process but I already know this is definitely a place I don't want to work for.
